At NTS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your NTS account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit and eligible for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a convenient home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
